What we do for simply our sense gratification is just that. Everything in the material world like eating, sleeping, etc. also gives some pleasure or pain. That we can't avoid, but if we do it for Lord Sri Krishna in the proper consciousness then He accepts it as devotional service. I hope that this finds you in good health.
