Please instruct. > > Your servant, > Tarini Radha devi dasi. Only from drinking or consuming milk. Any transformation of milk like yogurt, cheese, cottage cheese, milk sweets, burfy, would be okay. Ice cream or Ice milk being merely frozen milk doesn't seem allowable. Even sweet rice or tapioca porridge or farina (sugi) porridge is okay as long as it has transformed from being milk. I take hot tapioca (sagu) porridge at night during this month as a milk substitute. I hope that this finds you in good health.
