This is the normal order of the ceremonies. Sometimes an abhishekha is

performed prior to #3 Bhoga offering.

In Deity worship there is usually a worship after offering Raja Bhoga. Since

the Deity schedule is followed then Guru puja should be after Bhoga

offering. Puspanjali must also be performed. Srila Prabhupada cancelled a

Vysa Puja ceremony in Tokyo in 1970 because they forgot to offer Puspanjali

ceremony. So that is essential as well.
