Once we return from the material world to the spiritual world the liberated

soul is not compelled to return again to this world. Also having experienced

this world he isn't inclined to return again. If a soul has never been hear

then he might not know what it is like and could misuse his free will and

decide to come here somehow or other. Once here then he can realize what

being without Lord Sri Krishna is really like.

I hope that this finds you in good health.

Your ever well wisher,

Jayapataka Swami
