Well if we are focused on the areas we have to improve we hardly will have time to think of others faults. Rather we should be grateful for anything good that others might do. Since we shouldn't expect anything from anyone except Guru & Krishna (maybe the husband/wife/children) then we can't be let down by them in that case. Srila Prabhupada would show anger when a secretary failed in his duties, but it was to teach a lesson. Afterwards he would adjust things and continue on with full enthusiasm. That also illustrates that when we have no other goal in life but satisfying Lord Sri Krishna in devotional service then getting preocupied with others really doesn't help our ultimate goal. So why do it? To the extent that it is needed to get the message across that we are not satisfied with their lack of commitment or whatever showing some emotion might be useful. After that we shouldn't let it absorb our own consciousness or hold a grudge since we have no room in our heart for such negative feelings. We want our heart to be focussed on loving Lord Sri Krishna and His devotees. I hope this helps. I hope that this finds you in good health.
