My Dear Spiritual Nephew,

Please accept my best wishes. All glories to Srila Prabhupada!

Thankyou for your letter cited below with my comments. I have noted the

I don't personally present that during my japa workshops and I never visited

Kiev so i don't know who presented that. According to Srila Prabhupada

Haridasa Thakur chanted his 300,000 rounds in three ways: 100,000 outloud,

100,000 softly and 100,000 mentally. Since we only chant 25,000 names a day

Srila Prabhupada has recommended we chant them outloud as far as possible.

I have never heard Srila Prabhupada specifically give the above instruction

so I fear to change anything without having any clear reference. I have

tried this method as a trial when i had a stuffed nose and found it helped

my concentration. However, since Srila Prabhupada said to chant outloud I

prefer to use that method.

If anyone has any reference which would authorize thinking of Lord Sri

Krishna while breathing in you could privately send it to me. Of course, we

are always to remember Lord Sri Krishna and never to forget Him---even while

breathing in and out.

I hope that this finds you in good health.

Your well wisher,

Jayapataka Swami
