Thankyou for your letter cited below with my comments. I have noted the

contents carefully.

Well if you doubt what the person says or want to know what Purana states it

then you could respectfully ask the person and he should give some

respectful reply.

 

Some things are so well known that to say that the Puranas say may not be

inappropriate. However, usually some specific Purana is to be mentioned to

make it more authoritative.
