Srila Prabhupada mentioned that Ksatriyas could eat the meat of the deer

they killed on the hunt, but not all Ksatriyas did so. It was not normal to

eat the meat or drink the blood of the soldiers killed on the battle field.

Ksatriyas were not cannibals or raksasas to do so. The Man-eaters or

Rakshasas did this and not the human being Ksatriyas. It was not that Bhima

did this with the other 99 sons of Dhrtarastra Maharaja. It is only

mentioned that he did so with Dusasana, to my knowledge. That was to fulfil

a vow he made after Dusasana insulted and tried to publicly strip naked his

chaste and devotee wife Draupadi Maharani. It was not a normal practice.

Bhima was extremely angry at Dusasana for his offenses.

We have not seen it mentioned that Rama ever eat meat at any time.

I hope that this finds you in good health.
