Guest guest
Haribol, Thought those of you who were e-mail members (i.e. who are members of COM conferences but do *not* have COM acounts) would want to see this recent clarification by Raktambara, the COM sysop. Looks like you're going to be allowed to continue receiving COM conference texts until August and then have the option of getting a COM account for less money (earlier memos said this might be approx $10/year). This new option is becoming available because Raktambara negotiated a better deal with a new ISP. Ys, Madhusudani dasi >All e-mail members are still there on all conferences, >and they are going to be there at least till August 1, when >the Economy memberships will already be available. > >Exactly what will happen with the e-mail members of conferences after August >1, is still to be figured out. > >Note: e-mail members of conferences are members who are *not* members of the >Bhaktivedanta E-mail Services. We are not referring to those users who are a >paying member and are simply forwarding their mail to an external e-mail >address. > >Your servant, >Raktambara das >The Bhaktivedanta E-mail Services
