Also Prahlad was not exactly a normal human being. He was a Daitya or Asura family, but a pure devotee. Asuras are almost as powerful as demigods and there exact longevity I don't know but it must be quite long. We also don't know how long Prahlad stayed in the womb of his mother. What we know from sastra is that when Hiranya Kasipu finished his tapasya and controlled the univers Prahlad was in the kumar period of his childhood which is equivalent to a human five year old child. Therefore generally it is said that Prahlad is five years old, but that is just for our comparison's sake. Prahlad may still be alive in a higher planet as we never heard about his death exactly. So to calculate his life exactly by our earthly calculations would not be an acurate way of understanding. Accepting sastra's explanation that Prahlad was a child in kumar stage of his life is a more accurate way of knowing the relative development of Prahlad in his growth from childhood to youth. This is what I know at this time. If someone explores the Puranas more then they may find more details which could shed further light.
