It could be possible to be selfish if he doesn't allow anyone else to gain

any benefit from his books, etc.

Not in an ISKCON temple. On one's home altar it may possible if the diksa

guru has approved.

Depends why you are copying. To steal from BBT? It is theft. if it is for

legal reasons I don't see why it would cause karma.

Even if you accidently drank you can be for forgiveness and avoid it the

rest of the month.

i presume this means you have to eat meat/non-veg? 4th month is no non-veg

and high protein like Urad dal. Or maybe you get urid dal products like

Idli and can't avoid it. If you can observe the Bhisma Pancaka (last five

days of Caturmasya) then you can also counteract any offense due to lapses.
