Guest guest
My Dear Guru Maharaja, Please accept my respectful obeisances! All glories to Your Divine Grace! All glories to Srila Prabhupada! There are some questions to Your Divine Grace from your aspiring disciple Alexander Felidov, Kemerovo, Russia. Please kindly enlighten us. * In "Bhagavad-gita" (18.71), purport, it is said: "Those who are righteous in performing devotional service but who are not pure can attain the planetary system of the polestar, or Dhruvaloka, where Dhruva Maharaja is presiding." Does it apply to us and in which way? * Also I'd like to understand the character of the spiritual master. Which his qualities should I develop in myself? What should I learn from him in reality? Philosophy? Etiquette? The way to develop love of God? Or should I learn how to make the spiritual master's mission the purpose of my life? (I am trying to study "Vaisnava Ke") Should I learn how to develop the spirit of renunciation in myself? I see that I nearly don't have any service mood at all and that I am very inattentive. Sometimes I don't have any physical strength to get up in time. And since I don't realize the ultimate goal of the sadhana bhakti as my goal, seemingly I am not engaged in the vaidhi sadhana bhakti. I fail to understand which mood I should aim to develop in my sadhana. Which qualities of my character should I work at now? I want to understand who I am in the devotional service.
