Good points, Oleg prabhu. But if we are contemplating having ksatriya types as our GBC leaders then the answer is simple -- taxation. This is the business of ksatriyas -- to give protection to the people, and in return to extract taxes. Indeed, no government can govern without imposing taxes. We could call them 'affiliation fees' or whatever, but certainly some form of direct taxation on ISKCON centres will be needed if we intend to set up any kind of social structure.
