Varnashrama: the essence or the details?

In one of his texts, Srirama prabhu wrote:

 

>We need external, non-voluntary

> limits of the power of all groups in society.

 

We should remember that Srila Prabhupada set up the temple presidents

meeting, concurrent with the GBC meeting, as a check on the resolutions of

the GBC. Perhaps the key to finding checks and balances on the GBC is

through a more practical, structured body of senior ISKCON Managers.
