Not easy, especially when there are different understandings > of what constitute the desires and orders of Srila Prabhupada. True. And that what makes it especially not easy is the presence of the sense of exclusivity that closes all the other options that are not of the own choice. While Srila Prabhupada left open different options for different kind of understandings, the tendency is there to consider the one's own to be the only one acceptable for all. There is a possibility for both cows and sheep to walk through the same pasture. You first let the cows, they walk and they eat the grass but up to the certain level only. Then sheep may walk behind, for they eat the grass up to earth. Would sheep go first, cows would starve from lack of their food. So in ISKCON, have those who are concerned about the performance of the "highest" activities do it, yet there is the place for those others to walk behind them with their "more-to-earth" activities. - mnd
