It's not a bad idea, however I doubt it will ever happen, because no one can guarantee absence of disrespectful relation to these ksatriya-sannyasis. It will be, and there is a big chance that it will lead to lost of their all positions, therefore they'll remain in sannyasa ashram, to be sure that they'll keep at least some influence.
