Its not clear to me exactly what you mean by giving the sannyasis amnesty.

Do you mean pardon for offences some may have committed? Or do you mean that

some who are the managerial very active type should be classed as exceptions

who would stay on the GBC until all their excess energy is burnt up in old

age?

 

If it is the former, I think forgiveness would be forthcoming. If it is the

latter, it would be an issue that would require much discussion imho.
