We don't get tone of voice or body language, all of which are a necessity in face to face discussions. Dhira Govinda prabhu pointed out to a group of us that the spoken word is only about 23% of total communication. Hardly a surprise then that messages can be misunderstood. I've even found this in communications with close friends and family who, naturally, know one another very well. Again, this is my point for discussions: don't focus on the personal. If this conference is to continue, I would humbly suggest that if anyone has concerns about a specific devotee that they contact the moderator privately rather than have personal attacks publicly.
