In fact, in a Sri Isopanishad purport, Srila Prabhupada says that the

spiritual master should be as good as the Lord Himself, and the disciple

should be as good as Arjuna.

I would also like to hear that, prabhu. My spiritual master once told me I

had similar qualities to him, but hastened to add "Albeit in minute

quantity" :) So I would wonder at that comparison. The duties also vary

considerably, although the basis of both is to serve.
