If we really understand,

There is no difference between qualities of a spiritual master and qualities

of a disciple.

There is no difference between duties of a spiritual master and duties of a

disciple.

I am talking about *ideal guru* and an *ideal disciple*.

Yes in the beginning, the disciple does not have the qualities, like his guru.

But he has to aquire these qualities by practice, by the blessings of his

spiritual master.

The above will be clear, if we understand every guru is also a disciple of his

guru. And in ISKCON if we talk about the qualities and duties of a disciple,

than the guru, things will be crystal clear. The problem in our society is,

we are discussing on the qualities and duties of guru with out discussing the

qualities and duties of disciples. Actually we are not understanding they are

both same.

To make it even more clear, my realisation is, Srila Prabhupada is an ideal

disciple, and an ideal guru at the same time.

Hare Krishna,

Your humble servant,

Bhadra Govinda Dasa.
