Once again, prabhu, thank you so much for your wonderful observations. I feel as you do above. If I'm not pressured by time, I could spend hours painting my deities' faces. It can be done very simply and quickly, but when there is no pressure, and I have a nice class playing, the decorating can go on for such a long time. Every inch of Their faces can end up being decorated! Of course, I can't even do that with Everyone - just my main deities. There are four of whom I spend as much time as I can with: my two Govardhan-silas, and two of my Salagrams, Laksmi-Nrsimha and Madhurya Krsna (who I gave that name because Indradyumna Swami said He was sweetness personified). I am very much looking forward to having other devotees in my home because it will make my seva that much sweeter. Right now, I'm living right at the Vancouver temple, and I feel I have to squeeze my puja in between the temple schedule. In San Rafael, we'll have our own program, and my Deities will be the presiding Deities. I'm hoping I can get access to a digital camera so that my deities can have a spot on the salagram website.
