One year and two weeks ago, when TV tower in Ostankino burned down I was writing here that Pluto was EXACTLY on ascendent on that moment. If we look at the horoscope of USA (I am using the chart made for 4.July.1776 17.30 Philadelphia) then we see that now transiting Pluto is near to its ascendant.
