Dear Maharajas, Prabhus and Matajis,

 

Please accept my humble obeisances. All glories to Srila Prabhupada.

Bhakta-vigna-vinasa Nrsimhadeva Bhagavan ki jaya!

 

Attached please find a pdf called "a.pdf" it was sent to me by not one but

three (3) people who were very puzzled and some angry by its contents.

 

At the bottom I have extracted the substance but it is much prettier and

easier to read in PDF format.

 

What is so strange about this text is the people involved, that is Dhira

Krsna Dasa and Gauranga Dasa. If you all recall a few short months ago they

were severely criticizing Sanjay Rath as a crook, cheater, mayavadi etc, one

need only check your back texts. But now these same people who were on the

one hand criticizing Mr Rath have done a complete about-face and become

"Jyotish Gurus" in his organization.

 

One of the people who me sent this news succinctly put it:

 

"Please read attached PDF file. That will show you the level of hypocrisy of

the people like Dhira Krishna and Gauranga who on one side criticize Sanjay

Rath and on the other side are still blindly following him."

 

I have to admit this is very strange.

 

In text PAMHO:6680711 with subject title "the latest on Sanjay Rath" Dhira

Krsna Dasa (BCS) writes <I have left out his lengthy quotes of Mr. Rath>:

 

"Hare Krsna!

 

"I had some discussion last few days with Sanjay Rath on what happens

between death and the next re-birth, related to Vimshottari dasha. I

strongly recommend devotees not to take personal instructions of him or

even closely associate with him.

"This sounds very much like Mayavada philosophy to me.

 

"Then, when I was not willing to give in to his arguments, he even went so

far as to criticize ISKCON."

 

<snip>

 

"And all I wrote is that I didn't find he presents the philosophy of Sri

Chaitanya correctly. It seems he really is so proud with his knowledge

that he cannot hear well, and that he is scared with his name and fame

after Dinanath Prabhu (and lately also Gauranga Prabhu) brought into the

public his unfair dealings with his disciples. So it is better no ISKCON

devotees associate with his SJC.

And in text PAMHO:6713043 Gauranga Das (SRS) said (see text for complete

context):

 

"Dear devotees,

 

"Hare Krishna.

 

"I was immediately banned from the Vyasa list (list of SJC Gurus) as soon as

my

emails to Sanjay about his status became publicised. He also put me to a

read/only mode on the internal email lists of SJC (Varahamihira and

Srijagannath) and stopped responding to any of my emails since then (Jan

2003).

My latest reply to his Mayavadi comments and belittling of Srila

Prabhupada's

Gita freaked him out so much (I'm reproducing the email below) that he

completelt removed me from all SJC lists…."

I am also wondering about the other two devotees who appear to be members of

ISKCON who are also listed as Jyotisa Gurus for Mr. Rath's organization,

namely:

Chandramukha Das and Yasomati Nandana Das. Have they not heard any of the

now confirmed reports about Mr. Rath?

 

If all of these devotes (Dhira Krsna et al) are now "Gurus" in the line of

Sanjay Rath then we need to ask ourselves:

 

1. What teachings will they give unsuspecting devotees in ISKCON?

 

2. Is this a good thing for ISKCON?

 

3. We will not even discuss they know Jyotish, but after this

about-face we are wondering if they know our philosophy or if they have any

integrity?
