So sorry I was not clear. A full moon twice in one month. For example the 1st January full moon was on the 3rd of January and another full moon is on the 31st of January. I think that it was on old wives tale, as the last "blue" moon was in 1915 it seems strange that they even has a term for it. Sorry for my inaccurate reporting.
