NEW MOON RISING

For only the second time in history, astronomers have found a tiny moon

orbiting an asteroid.

The asteroids are actually tens of thousands of chunks of rock that circle

the sun mainly between the orbits of Mars and Jupiter.

Scientists at the Southwest Research Institute in Colorado say they made the

discovery with a ground-based telescope.
