Yugoslavia Under Seige By The Forces Of Rudra

Your country is currently under siege by the forces of Rudra as we speak.

Rudra, a form of Shiva, will only obey His master, namely Vishnu, as is stated

in the Vishnu Purana. Thus, please chart in propitiation of Vishnu, by

invoking the following mantras:

 

OM NAMO BHAGAVATE VASUDEVAYA

 

 

And the Hare Krsna Maha mantra:

 

HARE KRSNA, HARE KRSNA, KRSNA KRSNA, HARE HARE

HARE RAMA, HARE RAMA, RAMA RAMA, HARE HARE

 

Please do not underestimate the power of these mantras. Only by invoking the

favor of Vishnu at these times, can the effects of Rudra's army, and the

planetary Deities causing destruction, be circumvented. I will be praying and

chanting on your behalf also, as I am sure other members of the list will do

who are so inclined.

 

Thanks for sending me the birth data for Yugoslavia. I've been out of touch

with the list in the last month, and thus have not been up on the discussions,

if any, in this regard. Anyway, lets have a look at the probably outcome of

current hostilities going on over there from that chart:

 

Data: April27, 1992; 14:05, Time zone -02:00 east; Belgrade, 20e29/44n48.

 

A retrograde Jupiter rises in this Leo lagna chart, very close to the

ascendant, which is a positive indication for the long term, in that this will

put Jupiter on the ascendant in most of the varga charts as well. However,

Upagraha Dhuma also rises there at 27 degrees, while the lagna is at 11. Dhuma

brings forth Martian energies strongly, given that Mars rules that Upagraha,

but also that Mars opposes the lagna and Dhuma closely. This can be considered

inauspicious for the following reasons: (1) 9th lord Mars and Rahu are in the

12th from Navamsa lagna, which indicates that the fighting strength of foreign

adversaries is stronger than that of Yugoslavia; and (2) that the opening

Vimsottari dasa at birth (of the country) was Rahu/Saturn/Rahu. Saturn is a

maraka in birth chart, as well as Navamsa, and both are misplaced with respect

to Navamsa lagna, as well as Ekadamsa lagna. Ekadamsa, or D-11 chart, is a

Tajika varga which has specifically to do with wars and fighting. It is also

called Rudramsa, as Rudra represents the forces of destruction, being a

partial manifestation of Lord Shiva.

 

Saturn does not gain strength in D-9 or D-11 charts, and thus indicates poor

people, or people unable to fight and defend themselves, getting displaced in

this country. The relation of Saturn to the poor and harmless, was eloquently

stated in Raghu's post two days ago. Thus while Ketu now transits over Saturn

in this chart, thousands of such persons are currently in the process of being

misplaced. (There is a hint here in Ashtakavarga, that the now homeless

refugees will retain positions of strength, after the Ketu transit in

Capricorn is over, as Saturn first of all is strong in Cap., but also has 31

bindus in AV, and 5 in the Binashtakavarga of Mars, who represents aggressors

against them. This could also indicate the strength of the Serb army, yet in

the end, the refugees are better placed). Anyway, so this means that the

effects of fighting, "ethnic cleansing", and so-called support of displaced

refugees by NATO forces do not entirely come to a close that easily. You can

expect that things will not become entirely peaceful until the beginning of

the major planetary period of Jupiter, which starts December 3, 2002.

 

LOOKING CLOSER:

 

The Kalachakra dasa of Aries (Mars), and sub-period of Aries started on

November, 16, 1998. This is very significant in that (1) Aries is rising in

the D-11 chart, with Mars in the lagna quite strong. Venus is there too, which

happens to be the ruler of the current Vimsottari sub-period also (until June,

22 '99 in Vim.). Currently, as we all know, Saturn transits that sign, with

Mars in the 7th Libra, with Rahu/Ketu swallowing the angles. Just see the

beauty of Jyotish: events for not only individuals, but for nations also are

destined, the patterns from which can easily be seen through the unfolding of

dasas.

 

Now, the KCD will turn over to Aries (Mars), Taurus (Venus) on June

19,1999, just about the time when the Vimsottari dasa of the Sun comes into

place (22.6.1999). This is highly significant, as Taurus is the Deha Rasi for

this chart, indicating vulnerability to the body (in an individual's chart),

while it shows physical dangers so far as the people of a nation are concerned

in this case. Later in the summer, while this Taurus sub-period is going on,

Mars will transit into Scorpio, the 4th house of the birth chart, from where

he aspects Taurus, and where he becomes strong as an increased fighting

force, not only on the part of the NATO aggressors, but on the part of the

Serb army also. THIS INDICATES TO ME THAT GROUND FORCES WILL COME INTO PLAY,

BOTH ON THE PART OF NATO, AS WELL AS THE SERBS. The possibility of Russian

forces entering the fray exists. The fact of Mars moving out of Libra on

August 24, 1999, shows that a release of the current tension takes place,

namely that the bombing campaign comes to a close.

 

Note that with Rx Mars currently in the air sign of Libra, which is the 3rd

house of the Yugoslavia. chart, air assaults continue. While tensions from the

sky stop at that point, for the most part, the intensity of the fighting

continues on the ground instead. The Vimsottari dasa of Rahu/Sun shows no

improvement, with Rahu in the 8th, and Sun in the 6th, in the D-11 chart.

 

In KCD, it is very serious, at least in the matter of interpretation of that

dasa, when all the malefics come to the Dasa sign, as well as to the angles

from it. Since the Aries dasa lasts for seven years, up to 2005, we can expect

that as long as Saturn, Rahu, and Ketu continue in their current locations,

war and hostilities will continue. So at the very least, a restoration to

normalcy comes with the onset of Jupiter's vimsottari period, in December of

2002.

 

The above is but a sketch, yet I will work on this chart, plus the mundane

charts for the next four years of Yugoslavia, in the coming days. I'll get

back to you with any additional matters, apart from those given above.<BR><BR>
