This means approximately two hours each side of the umbra, and the umbra is

approximately two or so minutes.

It would be a good idea to ring your local observatory and get your exact

local timings for when the perumbra - shadow - effects of Rahu begin, and

when they (the eclipse, Rahu, the last bit of the shadow call it what you

will) leaves.

Yes I wrote that there earlier before the introduction to the tour of the

eclipse written in capitals.

 

UT=GMT

What you say, if these times are correct appears to be what is required.

So practically closed all afternoon and early evening.
