I'm concerned that you write this - better, I suggest, to play on the safe side, and recommend devotees and anyone, only to use approved filters for looking at the sun if at all. I'm not going to get involved in largely useless discussion (i am not an expert on these issues), but I chose to write this after reading an article of a lady who went partially blind after looking at the sun for a few seconds. Please, I request you, don't make staements unless you are an expert - or if you do, then play on the safe side. I say this because I consider that ISKCON has lots of quacks, and I felt that you might be falling into the same trap. I hope I am wrong.
