No. Right now england is on Daylight Savings time. So according to UT the

eclipse begins at 9:03, but the Daylight Savings time for us here in England

is 10:03.

Eclipse event GMT

---------------------------

Partial begins 10:03:33

Maximum (96.8%) 11:19:51

Partial ends 12:39:57

So UT means GMT without daylight savings. Because it's daylight savings time

(clocks move ahead one hour in the spring, back one hour in autumn) you have

to add one hour to get GMT.

Vipramukhya Swami
