Guest guest
Dear Nayana-Ranjana Prabhu I can make little sense of these predictions . They are supposed to be based on Vedic astrology but rely heavily on Uranus which is not included in Vedic Astrology . Secondly it is not the dawn of the age of Aquarius the Hair musical got it wrong .Even using the largest ayanamsa in use the age of Aquarius does not begin for 350 years . Thirdly why is Aquarius ruled by Saturn in the 11th position (income, gains and friends) more spiritual than Pisces in the 12th position(moksha) ruled by Jupiter. It is true that there are worrying placements next year similar to the ones that resulted in WW1 and WW2 . But how many times in history have these alignments appeared without a major flare up . Dr.Raman successfully predicted the events of WW2 but that was done after extensive analysis of all the leaders charts and national charts which is missing from this analysis . The ability to correctly predict global events is very rarely manifest amongst astrologers and the tendency of astrologers to rush in to this difficult area gives the skeptics a field day .IMHO astrologers are best advised to concentrate on natal astrology and Prasna where they can really help people with their lives . People are bewidered , confused and in anxiety already being in the grip of the illusory energy so we should enlighten them with Bhagavad Gita rather than put more weight on them with doomsday scenarios that they simply do not have the skills to cope with. When we present Bhagavad Gita people appreciate us as enlightened. If we then present them with highly speculative predictions they will give these credence because they consider us enlightened .If the predictions fail they will lose faith in us . If they can not strictly follow the priciples of Bhakti Yoga then they might be filled with anxiety . How is this helping anyone ? In Melbourne we have a new age style preaching centre and I have made presentations on Buddhism,Chritaianity,Astrology,Omens,UFOs and so on but once I asked the group what they wanted to hear next week and the only response I got was Bhagavad Gita.
