Guest guest
Dear Maharajas and Prabhus, On returning from Italy and Croatia recently, and having a calor gas (PROPANE) car conversion completed we discovered that you can in fact also run cars on METHANE. This sells in Italy for about a quarter of the price of petrol and can be derived from human effluent, cow dung and methane natural gas. You need a heavier tank in the car as the gas has to be more highly pressurised. >From the hermetically sealed tanks, similar to those of a gobar plant, the gas is taken and pressurised into a large holding tank. You need pumping eaquipment and presurizing eqipment and the METHANE can be used for street lighting and non-polluting fuel. If the number of visitors to Mayapur are indeed imminent fuel WILL be cheap! and ISKCON could open its first gas station! The resultant residue (which I beleive may have lost much of its un-pleasant aroma) can then be composted with other city organic wastes and returned to the land. Your servant, Radha Krsna das.
