Guest guest
Prabhus. Next week we should be picking up 100 tissue culture banana plants of the types, Williams, and Goldfinger. These will form part of a permanent orchard in the center of our land, and close to my dwelling, to discourage the monkeys. Can anyone reccomend companion plants to go with Banana? I think we will surround them with acacia leucaena, to act as a windbreak and to provide nitrogen and mulch, but what other crops are good companions with Banana, any ideas? Coconut will not grow well as it is a bit too cold due to high altitude. Later we will also get passion fruit, Limes, Lemons, and Grapefruit, and hopefuly 100 strawberry plants also. Ideas most welcome. Your Servant Samba das PS I'm looking into the Moringa, thanks Sri Rama Prabhu, and Carol. PPS I also have Ginko Biloba, does anyone have eny experience with it?
