Guest guest
Hi Beautiful People, Harsha just invited me to his site from nondualitysalon and I love what I see. Thanks again, Harsha! So, my question is, does anyone know whether gazing at the sun well after dawn -- with one's eyes closed, could have some beneficial effects? Looking forward to a response. Sky ~*~ (ease on!) We are made of sunstuff so even with the eyes closed it interpenetrates our bodies. Essentially the Natives used it as a point of concentration for meditation, that was the ourward sign of inward Grace as the Catholics would put it....ONS...Tony. (Since Harsha did it longer, maybe that's why he got a bigger head ache.) But then I did it again a few hours later, for a very short time. It definitely feels promising! I know it should be done gradually, so I won't push it. Still open to other comments. Sky ~*~
Guest guest
Please study the procedure on the Solarhealing website and follow the instructions found there. It is highly recommended that it only be done once a day, and dawn is preferable. There should be no dangers, problems, or headaches at that time. Begin with 5-10 seconds, and only add 10 seconds each day thereafter. You might want to obtain a "countdown timer" to keep track of the time. I also recommend a journel kept for each day and note what realizations occur. Keep the practice pure, that is don't bring anything to the practice. Just do it as described. The benefits which are appropriate for you will occur. Be naive and mess with the instructions and there will be problems guaranteed. Thank you, John , "skywhilds" <skywords wrote: > > , "Tony OClery" <aoclery@> wrote: > > > > , "skywhilds" <skywords@> > > wrote: > > > > > > Hi Beautiful People, > > > > > > Harsha just invited me to his site from nondualitysalon and I love > > > what I see.
