Guest guest
Hello Shirley, Actually they are very closely related in methodology except to be involved with some of those in the Breatherian movement may be solicitating money for their "services" and "products". The Sun Gazing movement as described by HRM is totally open and free, although donations may be accepted for his talks if there is a rental charge for the place where his talks are held (usually there is no charge at all). Guest guest
Dear John ;-) While browsing HRM's website I noticed that he has come to the Phoenix area. Do you think that he will come to Phoenix again? There's plenty of sun. :-) _____ [] On Behalf Of John Logan Tuesday, May 30, 2006 4:46 PM Re: Walmart's going organic and John Logan & Resp Hello Shirley, Actually they are very closely related in methodology except to be involved with some of those in the Breatherian movement may be solicitating money for their "services" and "products". Guest guest
Namaste John, Thanks for sharing your knowledge. I went out to do my first morning of sun gazing at the time the local paper and airport news said was to be sunrise (5:37 am), however, it is an overcast day and the sun did not appear while I was out there. I went back out a little after 6 and it was up. I did 15 seconds and there was no discomfort to my eyes so I did 15 more seconds. It was a pleasant experience. I did see "black" spots when I came back inside for awhile. I am supposing this is normal. I have never tried this before nor read about it before and am quite excited at the thought of combining it with my daily yoga/meditation time. Or rather doing the sun gazing and then my yoga since the energy from the yoga/meditation would go out the bottoms of my feet were I to be standing on the ground.
