There are many sadhnas and mantras which are given time to time in MTYV.

I am giving one method published in May 96 issue.

It is a method using Mudra.

It is useful against dandruff, premature greying, loss of hair etc.

A person should daily practice Tatva Mudra. Before taking bath show Tatva Mudra with your hand for five mintes in standing position.

Tatva Mudra is formed by joing the tip of ring finger with tip of thumb.

Other finger are pointing upwards and straight.
