the name of the sephira, tifereth, means splendour.

:) and like the keter is in malkut, and malkut in

keter, so is the 'sod' in 'pshat' and 'pshat' in

the sod... so keep it simple.

malkut=kingdom; pshat=simple; sod=secret; all those

are technical terms well known to the sudents of the

cabalic intelectualizations)

the secret is one, and cannot be revealed -

it is the direct and unmediated experience.

without it those are all elaborate intelectual

speculations. knowledge is wordless and renders

all words and most sublime concepts superfluous.

the taste of chocolate is a secret for one who

never tasted it.

:) if by abyss you mean the 'eyn', then the apparently

nonexistent daat(=consciousness; though superficially

translated usually as 'knowledge') denotes its location

as the centre of awareness.

hahahaha tempted to look at the site on account of

"levity", i was surprised to see it takes itself

seriously...

one of the basic postulates of cabala states that

the divine all pervading light, having nothing to

oppose it, is darkness.

Hi ...

Light is only 'seen' when reflected..

So called empty space is full of light rays seen only on by 'eyes'...

Makes me wonder what other 'animals' see in the night sky..

I had some time to pass in NYC once long ago while waiting for a bus.

I wandered into a shop full of stuff and was strolling around. The owner asked if he could help me and I said I was just looking.

His NYC response was: 'Just looking?! F*ck you!'.

'Here's looking at you kid' H. Bogart

Cheers, Sam

Hey yosy,

yeah, lets drop the ol' concepts

even if they seem to be the oldest ones under the sun -

did they wait for our brains to be chewed and chewed again ?

-Nah!

Waiting ?

Lets wait no longer for the world

to be like our thoughts want it to be!

a book can fly

like a swallow in the sky

if you're strong and tough

and throw it hard enough

hahahahahaha

sure, my friend...

In god's infinite mercy

The holy book of books

Is being written

Always

So

That the blind

Can read it

The deaf

Can hear it

And it's scent

Can pervade

The anosmic's

Being

It is hidden

Yet revealed

In the silence

Of the dervish's emptied heart

It is

Water upon water

It is

Love

Becoming

Forget your books, ya Yosy,

Stick with me,

And dance!

hello sam,

Yes! one should have no preoccupations about comic strips:

"Bhagawan Sri Ramana Maharshi was reading comic strips when U.G.

first saw him. At the very first glimpse of him U.G. thought, 'How

can this man help me?' As he sat there for two hours, watching the

Bhagawan cut vegetables and play with this, that or the other, he

wasn't at all surprised to find that all those fancy assertions to

the effect that this man's look changed you and that all questions

disappeared in his presence, remained fables."

http://www.well.com/~jct/ugbio/ugbio2.htm

this U.G. guy seemd to have many preoccupations,

but who am i to judge ...

Cheers
