I have studied other styles of yoga for years, and I feel blessed that the experience and lessons of Kundalini yoga have come into my life. It is a poweful practice to embrace and I am slowly working toward a daily sadhana. This is my first post to the group and I have found this list to be very helpful and informative. I want to thank everyone for their messages and for sharing so much. I have friends living in Savannah, Georgia and in Richmond, Virginia who are looking to find Kundalini yoga teachers. Also I have a friend from Long Beach, she is also a KY teacher(I can send her your email if you like). I suggest you take KY teachers training at Kundalini Yoga East, its located close to Union Square. This way you can become a teacher your self.
