Humour for many people is not always just "fun", it is sometimes also a

means of presenting ideas, and that is what I was doing (attempting). I got

back a few replies (including Hector's!) who quite enjoyed it. Humour is

used in many countries in discussions. However I have found in particular

some Americans have a real problem with humour - don't ask me why.

 

On the other hand, perhaps there were bits in there you felt were offensive,

if so, I apologise, that's a different matter. I am just not sure what you

did not appreciate.

 

I didn't know we had a temple in Jaipur. I visited with my nephew and his

wife in November and we called on the Radha-Govinda mandir, where they had

their best experience of India.
