The cow ministry has photos plus evidence from other devotees. The latest incident, the very tight chaining, I didn’t find out until one week had passed. I made threats to call the RSPCA, and when I went next day to take photos, the chains were loosened. They are however chained up still, without being checked on regularly. It is now for about 2 weeks.
