What is a 'back off zone'.

I thought that the idea was that we could expect people to now wish to

change their lifestyle due to the current climate of anxiety over war etc.

In which case I feel that the simple presence of many people wanting to get

into simple living, and their actual doing so, with a simple agreement that

they can take as much land as they can produce on, and give 25% to the

landholder, the Temple or whatever, that would be a good start.

Of course ideally we would need ksatriyas to make sure the agreements are

upheld. We are going to have to devise rules that are flexible, and we are

going to have to be prepared to change the rules as we are able to,

depending on the availability of people with the right varnic traits.

Eventualy creating educational systems that are designed to recognise the

spirit of the students, and educate them acordingly.

I agree that there has to be some money made, as money is very much needed

in this world we live in now. Of course the way things are developing, the

money might not be worth much soon, in which case the idea becomes

redundant.

There is the question of the other 25% which is to be given to the

brahmanas. Once we have a seperation of administration (ksatriya) and Temple

(Brahmanas) this could become somewhat simplified.
