Guest guest
haribol prabhus pamho agtsp The 5WH formula is used extensively in rural, urban and project development especially those with a grass roots or empowerment emphasis. There are also other models which can be used such as 'pathways to action' N over 3 formula. The nice thing about formulas is that they are equally applicable to individuals as to groups, but they have a directional input into group development. I use these tools a lot with development groups. Where I have found them breaking down is in the acceptance of such tools witin our own community. There are always levels of acceptance or rejections, but whichever way, some directional scoping exercise is needed otherwise you only bring on pockets of the group which usually ends in rifts or worse. We need something to focus and bring along a large sector of our(and all) society. There is another model called the weavers triangle which may work better for the devotee communities but unlike yourself, I can't get it onto e-mail through diagrams, although I could try to send as an attachment if people were interested. ys AMD
