GBC Proposals

Dear Prabhus,

Since there was no letters suggesting change to the proposal to stop breeding

in Mayapur, I have sent it on to Anuttama prabhu for his final approval, etc. I

will get back to you on that. I have therefore submitted the next GBC proposal

for the budget for the Ministry to the cow conference. I would feel most

comfortable after hearing from all of you to any changes etc. in this proposal

before approaching a GBC to sponsor it. I have a few in mind who might do it

but do not want to approach without having some input first from the cow

conference.
