Dear Prabhus,

Here is what we have so far as principles for the environment. Any other

suggestions? Mark could you explain the 3D architecture? I'd like to have a

principle title that was more quickly understood.

 

I am just realizing that the GBC metings start on March 1st and the

subcommittee meetings start 3 to 4 days before that where proposals are

discussed and allowed to go forward. My feeling was if we had some kind of

preliminary guideline in place-just to give some idea of what we are doing, it

would help in trying to get the proposal about recognition of the committee

understood and passed.
