5) What budget is needed?

$7,200/$9, 110/$18, 220 / to be put in a bank account specifically for

ISKCON affairs and to be accounted for fully by the end of the year.

Description of each budget follows:

 

$7200 Yearly Budget

1) $1,050 International newsletter 3 X a year (250 copies each) @

$350 each ($150 printing + $200 postage)

2) $4,500 Ministry Secretary, (12.5 hr per week @ $7 an hour)

Networking cowherds, corresponding with authorities, cow conference, writting

literature, newsletter, cow reports checked, GBC proposals, organizing

seminars,

workshops, etc.

3) $250 Office expenses - e-mail service, computer

maintenance/software, phone calls, office supplies, paper

4) $400 Publishing books/literature on the "How To" and "Why" of cow

protection (1 publication)

5) $1, 000 Minister or Ministry representative travel to locations:

Europe/USA

1) $1,400 Quarterly International Newsletter (250 copies each) @

$350 each ($150 printing + $200 postage)

2) $5,460 Ministry Secretary, (15 hr per week @ $7 an hour)

location: India/Asia/Australia (priority need for communication) or

$700 each ($300 printing + $400 postage)

2) $10,920 Ministry Secretary, (30 hr per week @ $7 an hour)

workshops,etc.

3) $1,000 Publishing books/literature on the "How To" and "Why" of

cow protection, (2 publications or 1 publication and more copies)

4) $500 - Office expenses - e-mail service, computer

maintenance/software,phone calls, office supplies, paper

5)$3,000 Minister or Ministry representative travel to 2 locations

Europe/USA/S.America (S. America rated as priority need for communication)
