Guest guest
Oxen are mentioned very much in Christmas poems, stories, and even in the Biblical versions of Jesus's nativity as being present at the time of his birth. Jesus is born in the next stall over from the ox and is laid in the ox's manger for his crib. What the Christians, and even many devotees don't realize, is how symbolic that ox is. The ox is Dharma, religious principles.
