5) What budget is needed?

$5000/$6, 250/$12,500/ to be put in a bank account specifically for ISKCON

affairs and to be accounted for fully by the end of the year. Description of

each budget follows:

 

$5000 Yearly Budget

1) $1,125 International newsletter 3 X a year (250 copies each) @ $375 each

($150 printing + $225 postage)

2) $2,232 Ministry Secretary, (12.5 hr per week @ $3.72 an hour) Networking

cowherds, corresponding with authorities, cow conference, writting literature,

newsletter, cow reports checked, GBC proposals, organizing seminars, workshops,

etc.

3) $250 Office expenses - e-mail service, computer maintenance/software, phone

calls, office supplies, paper

4) $393 Publishing books/literature on the "How To" and "Why" of cow protection

5) $1, 000 Minister or Ministry representative travel to locations: Europe/USA

 

$6, 250 Yearly BUDGET

 

1) $1500 Quarterly International Newsletter (250 copies each) @ $375 each

($150 printing + $225 postage)

2) $2,500 Ministry Secretary, (14 hr per week @ $3.72 an hour) Networking

newsletter, cow reports checked, GBC proposals, organizing seminars, workshops,

3) $500 Publishing books/literature on the "How To" and "Why" of cow

protection,

5)$1, 500 Minister or Ministry representative travel to one trouble spot

India/Asia/Australia or Europe/USA/S.America

 

$12,500 Yearly BUDGET

 

$9, 500 Home office

1) $3000 Quarterly International Newsletter (500 copies each) @ $750 each

($300 printing + $450 postage)

2) $5000 Ministry Secretary, (28 hr per week @ $3.72 an hour) Networking

cowherds, corresponding with authorities, cow conference, writting literature,

newsletter, cow reports checked, GBC proposals, organizing seminars, workshops,

etc.

3) $1,000 Publishing books/literature on the "How To" and "Why" of cow

protection,

4) $500 - Office expenses - e-mail service, computer maintenance/software,

phone calls, office supplies, paper

5)$3,000 Minister or Ministry representative travel to: 2 trouble spots:

(India/Asia/Australia) or Europe/USA/S.America
