I suspect the presnce of a lot of guys who had been teamsters in 1970 still

being around helped the transition.

Actually, the article stated that they are having difficulty finding people

to work the oxen - the majority of the treamsters were well over 50 and

retiring and there are very few trained or experience people to replace them.

Younger

people do not want to participate.
