I didn't notice that you sent "Cow" a cc-copy of the letter you send NYT. They prefer to be the only receiver. It's probably okay though. Other writers should send a bcc-copy to cow -- or just copy and send it to us separately. Remember, the shorter it is, the better the chance it will be published. Try to keep it between 4-6 sentences. I'm hoping there will be a submission from Madhava Gosh, the master haiku writer of the Cow Conference. Probably no one can pack as much meaning into as few words! Anyway -- long or short -- the more the better. The more letters there are, the more likely that they will publish at least one. Those of you who have pertintent titles -- Minister of Agriculture, or head of such-and-such ox program -- feel free to include them as well. ys hkdd > > > Dasgopal (AT) aol (DOT) com wrote: > >> In a message dated 2/9/2004 9:20:31 AM Central Standard Time, >> npetroff (AT) bowdoin (DOT) edu writes: >> I encourage everyone who wants to to write a letter to the >> New York Times editor on this topic >> >> >> ---------- >> Done.
