Big Chianina oxen

Below are some links that show how big the Chianina oxen are. I read

that they were originally bred in Italy to pull cannons.

The Tim Huppe/Drew Conroy ox training video that Berrybrook sells has a

section that shows a team of Chianinas doing some plowing. Pretty amazing.

 

This Chianina team in New Hampshire is pulling 20,000 pounds:
