Guest guest
Just see how your suggestion resonated with others, Kalavatidevi! If we want to get a message out in front of others, it wouldn't hurt to do so in an organized way. Persons in a position to help with funding want to know that there is a solid plan in place. Nobody wants his/her contributions going down a black hole, unaccounted for. And success that can be documented is an attractive thing. Let's see how far your idea can go. Even if it doesn't get far, at least we will have learned a few things. And who knows? It might just produce some of the results we all are hankering for. Obeisances to you. All glories to Srila Prabhupada. __________________________ Kalavatidevi wrote: My original idea was very simple and basic, but a lot of brainstorming feedback has occured. I asked if the data already existed in an organized form. Also I said that I would be happy to do research and organize the information. I don't know anything about computers, but I could learn how to do a simple chart-type data base from my husband's computer book. I know ISCOWP is very busy and was not implying that they or anyone else needed more work to do. I have a question - just because I haven't been involved enough to figure it out yet - Is ISCOWP actually part of ISKCON? I don't mean in spirit of course!!! I just mean structurally. I don't know what the delineations and responsibilities of the organization are. Can ISCOWP explain that to me? Thank you, your servant, Kalavati devi dasi
